Center, located in Logansport, Indiana, is a newly constructed
State mental health treatment center.
VS
ENGINEERING, INC. was a sub-consultant
responsible for civil/sitework design work for this 20+
acre project.

Design
services are currently on-going and consist of the following: |

Site access roads, entrances, exits and loading docks
• Site grading, paving, sodding, planting, erosion
control, etc.
• Storm and sanitary sewer systems and improvement
of drainage conditions
• Water distribution systems, fire hydrants, valves,
etc. to provide complete loop systems
• Connection and adjustment of all utilities
• Pavement markings including streets, parking lots,
curbs, handicapped ramps, etc
• Miscellaneous structures and sitework
• Coordination with prime consultant, design team
of multiple sub-consultants, utilities, and local,
state and federal regulatory agencies
• Preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates
and permit documents
• LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)
